My focus is on empowering people with skills and knowledge to navigate through an unpredictable future. Building resilience, enhancing one's adaptability and encouraging learners to take calculated risks will create a culture of exploring the unknown, develop realistic but high expectations all while living a healthy well-balanced lifestyle. 

Growing up amongst a diverse range of cultures, I hope to inspire and support people. No matter what context, in all their endeavours, in Australia or abroad. I am particularly attracted to the collaborative approach to learning. I am always looking to work with others on projects which seek out sustainable innovation, entrepreneurial opportunities and development for future generations.

With experience in marketing and over a decade of enhancing the learning of young people, I am a big believer in building strong relationships with communities and industries. Creating dynamic, innovative, experiential and safe environments so people feel comfortable in taking risks with their learning.
