ShareOnesLearning - the platform

ShareOnesLearning (SOL) is a search platform where Secondary School Students in Australia can develop, curate and promote a personalized skills based portfolio in preperation for future opportunities (replacing the traditional type Curriculum Vitae’s).

SOL will be a safe, collaborative environment for Secondary School Students to connect with the outside World for advice and guidance.

 

Each student can showcase their skills by creating and uploading a series of 30 sec clips demonstrating their development to their personalised portfolios on SOL. Through the platform, students can:

• Safely document, store and promote their skills,

• Easily navigate, update and access their own portfolio,

• Communicate with other students to develop ideas,

• Search industry information to gain ideas, direction and motivation for future opportunities.

Registered industry bodies and businesses will be able to search through the platform for talented students, provide constructive feedback and set up valuable networks with schools.

Ultimately, create an effective connection/communication channel between schools and the outside community so that students can be proactive, motivated and be capable of dealing with an unpredictable future.
